We start with a 90-minute Skype session to review your welcome packet materials and get clear on how you want to feel at the end of the program. After that, you’ll receive a personalized action plan for the next 90 days that will lead you step by step toward your goal.

In this program, you will commit to writing something every day. This is where the detox happens! This is how we quite literally get the shit out! I will read and respond to each post every day! This is how you begin to let go and move forward. This is how you get unstuck. Your authentic truth will begin to surface, and when she does, we will find her and celebrate her!
During our coaching sessions your healing will begin to emerge like your very own lotus flower, petal by petal, out of the muck and mire of your story. We will have six (6) action packed, sometimes gut wrenching, but always inspiring 60-minute sessions during your 90-day program. You will have your own client portal where we will both be able to monitor your progress and determine what’s working and what’s getting in your way on a daily basis.
